A must for BSA students. Magaling magturo pero tricky ung mga quizzes basta mag aral ka lng nang mabuti mapapasa mo nman quiz nya tsaka wag careless lalo na sa objective part

Kakaloka mga quizzes niya. Sobrang tricky!!! Pero you'll learn a lot from him. :)
si sir Doods wala atang incentives aside from the plus points you get from preparing a clean FS during quizzes. very good teacher, he explains everything well and entertains questions, jokes and mga hirit. very tricky lang ang quizzes lalo na sa true or false and identification. pero you'll have a good grasp of the subject matter kasi magaling siya magturo. :)
Ay magaling magturo to. Saka marami siyang examples para lalo mong maintindihan ang lesson. :) Careful lang talaga sa quizzes niya. Super tricky! A must-have prof for BSA majors if you want to pass the quali and mods! :)
what about for non bsa students?
same lang naman treatment niya sa mga non-bsa and bsa. it's a big problem kung grade conscious ka and you're a non-bsa. mahirap din maka 2.0 sa accounting subjects especially if you're under a prof like sir menaje.
is sir menaje approachable regarding asking questions? :)

yes he is very approachable for consultation. must-pick for BSAs, although his quizzes are straight from hell, you will have a very good understanding of the subject. :)
I learned a lot from Sir Menaje. Very approachable kaso yung adjustments medyo maliit lang. He's one of the best profs I had in DLSU. If you're a non-bsa but likes challenge then go for him. Goodluck nga lang :))
He explicates his lessons well. His quizzes are tricky but if you're careful, you'll pass. He is really nice and likes being asked by students. He is a very approachable professor. He will not move on to the next lesson unless everyone understands what he is teaching. HE IS SIMPLY ONE OF THE BEST ACCOUNTING PROFS IN DLSU. A prof to pick if you really want to learn. Wondering if he gives high grades? He will give you the grade you rightfully deserve.
4 terms straight na ako under kay sir doods! mahirap siya magpatest but youll get the hang of it! pero pag nasagot mo, sure enough mareretain mo na yung tinuro niya for a very long time! you should definitely take him! if youre a BSA major, its a must!
I had a bad background in ACTBAS1 and 2 (but didn't fail) and I got Menaje for ACTPACO and I really learned a lot and appreciated accountancy with sir Menaje. It's true sobrang hirap ng exams niya but if you pay attention to his class and do your part to study and at least practice exercises, you'll pass.
I don't think he does the "when in doubt - false" exams - meaning it's now 50-50 true/false this time so good luck there.

I appreciated and loved accounting because of Sir Menaje. He's super cute pa :"""> :)) He gives really hard quizzes pero kapalit naman nun, fulfillment pag napasa mo :> And, if you're a BSA student, helpful quizzes niya sa quali! Take him, take him! :D FOREVER FAVORITE ACCOUNTING PROF <3 <3 <3
SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ACTBAS1 BSA students. Once you already got used to his methods of teaching, you will surpass all his quizzes. Plus sya ang gumagawa ng FINALS for Actbas1 and QUALIFYING EXAMS. :)
definitely recommended for BSA students ! had him for two terms, and para namin siyang naging tatay. from the dress we wear, to spirituality, minsan up to jokes. pero saglitan lang yung mga yun. mapagpahalaga kasi siya sa oras. gusto niya ituro lahat sa students niya. in grading, he will give you what you deserve. and his quizzes are like "i know how to make you confuse" thing.
better prepare for the worst for his quizzes. if you're a BSA major, take him. no regrets agad yan. if not, then iaadvice niyang idrop mo siya kasi siya mismo alam niyang mahirap yung tests niya. LOL.
The best basic accounting prof that I got. You will really appreciate accounting if you take him. He is definitely recommended for Accountancy students, especially the fact that he is the one making the qualifying exams. MUST-TAKE!
Wag kayong magbibiro. Baka madelay lang yung lessons niyo sa kaniya. He takes everything seriously. SE-RIOUS-LY! Pero minsan palabiro. He will teach things better in HIGHER ACCOUNTING.
Would it be ideal if one takes him for ACTPACO while having majors for eco? :))
Kung si Ms. Velasco ang Queen of Problem Solving dahil sobrang hirap ng Problem Solving sa Quiz niya, si Sir Menaje ang King of Theories. Pag 3 mistakes ka lang sa Theoretical portion ng quiz niya sobrang sarap sa feeling

You'll get what you deserve. He's the best accounting professor in DLSU! :) He teaches not only accounting lessons but also instills values in every student. Love him!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ACTBAS1 and
ACTBAS2! There are no incentives from Sir Doods which is why you will really have to study VERY VERY HARD and practice accounting exercises A LOT! I had him for two straight terms (ACTBAS1 and ACTBAS2) and passed(thankfully!) His quizzes are VERY DIFFICULT. He is an excellent acctg. prof. Just do your part and you will pass his subject. :)
iv never really enjoyed accounting until actpaco in 08. great teacher. still rem him up to this day

Had him for ACCTBA1 and ACCTBA2. I highly recommend that you take him especially for the basic accounting subjects. Magiging solid yung foundation mo kapag dumaan ka sa kanya. Always make sure na maraming ink yung ballpen mo kasi maraming kailangan kopyahin but you'll thank him for making you copy manually cause it will make you retain things better and you can always go back to the notes cause his quizzes are heavily based on them. Huwag na huwag mo lang ilalabas phone mo especially if you will take picture of the slides. His is basically like a disciplinarian but caring father. Basically, he is reasonably strict and conventional but it will be all worth it.
P.S. Did not pass any quiz including the mid-terms in ACCTBA2 but I still managed to pass and idk why.

You didn’t pass any quizzes and still got 1.0? I’m currently taking menaje now and I only passed 1 quiz
