One of the best Law profs!
It's possible not to pass any of her exams, pero you'll learn a lot from her lectures.
She gives high grades. I got 3.0 from her, only passed 1 quiz.
Pero my friend got 1.0 and he didn't pass any quiz.
She's the best law prof ever! Got her for oblicon, and I failed all of my quizzes. I needed around 87 pts for the finals to pass the course, which was seriously impossible, but I got a 1.5! :)
In terms of attendance how is she? Does she fail because of absences?
She told us that she doesn't really oblige students to attend her classes. If we students so decide not to attend her classes, then it's our choice. However she checks the attendance religiously; and you'll fail the moment you acquire more than 5 absences... based on the University's rules.
She's really nice. A PROF TO PICK, REALLY!! I got her by chance and I`m learning a lot from her. She does not rely much on the book. She lectures and gives example situations that make students learn more. SHE'S ONE OF THE BEST PROFS I'VE HAD.
Great prof! :) At first, I was really terrified because I wasn't passing any of her quizzes!! Plus I had a low midterm grade. :( Pero lecture-wise, SHE'S REALLY THE ONE TO PICK! She will teach you how you may apply OBLICON (got her for oblicon, btw!) in the real-world scenario, and not just the definition of Contract or whatsoever. Basta magaling sya!! And by the end of the term, I really did not expect to get a very high grade from her. If you want to learn and is up for the challenge (in quizzes), then pick her! :)

Advice: She is very observant because she was always pointing where we last seated from last meeting. That's why you should not sleep or chat in her class.
Also, if you get 1.5-2.0 on her quizzes(assuming you always convert it) you can still get 3.0. That's what happened to MOST of us. :D
She always gives objective questions so better understand what she lectures than memorize the whole book. When she teaches it that way, understanding the book comes easy :-bd

Part time lang siya, pero LAGI siyang nasa school.
Very recommended, especially if gusto mo pa-petiks lang ang Oblicon/Taxinco/Bucotax. Pero syempre, if you REALLY want to learn and have a good foundation for law (in OBLICON), don't take her.
She was also a TAXBUSI prof (Tax ng LMG majors). They say mas mahirap daw siya don kasi LMG ang students and forte niya tax.
I got her for OBLICON. She gives incredibly high FINAL grades - kahit ibagsak mo lahat ng quizzes mo. I managed to get a 3.5 despite passing only one quiz. Petiks lang ang class. Walang homeworks at recitation.
Lecture-wise, there are better profs. Di niya gaanong pinapaliwanag ang lesson. I don't know if it's because of the lack of time or kung trip lang niya. There are, however, a lot of "mother zenaida" moments, wherein she teaches you some important life lessons. Also, if you have questions, wag mo nang itanong sa kaniya. Either hindi ka niya sasagutin kasi "alam mo na ang sagot" or papahiyain ka muna bago sagutin. Her class is quite fun and I never got bored. If you're planning to take law in the future, I suggest getting another prof. Kung hindi naman, then get Manalo.
She teaches everything you need for the FINALS Exam.. She does not go through every page cause when we had our Finals Exam everything that she discussed was in there.

Hindi sya nagbabagsak ng students! She just scares them! But she just darts and guesses grades depends on her mood. Not good for board exam teacher!
SUPER OK. SERIOUSLY. Halfway through the term I thought I might fail or just get 1-1.5 but then I got a 3.5. My quizzes are about 72 on the average pre-final. Finals is a piece of cake after going through her and maybe around 92-100 finals then I got 3.5 Beat that! THank you mam even if you don't know who I am. I'm always seated at the mid back term 1 2012-2013

She is definitely harder when it comes to LGL/BSA specific subjects este tax. Hindi yan petiks, lalo na sa quizzes at sa one or two assignments na mabibigay. Kahit mabait siya sa grades, magtiyaga kayo mag-aral!

I had her as my BUCOTAX prof. She gives excellent lectures - the ones when she's the one explaining and doing the computations, it seems so easy, but when it's your turn to answer the problems, it can get tricky. However, with some patience and practice, you'd be able to understand and answer the problems given during your quizzes with less difficulty.
If you want to learn well about taxation, it is recommended that you get her as a prof. She gives good grades, but you have to study well.
A piece of advice: Read and follow the instructions she puts on her examinations as these can get tricky and may change from time to time. From my personal experience, our class had a quiz wherein the format was similar to the past quizzes she's given us, but has a different instruction. I was not able to follow the instruction, so sadly I failed the quiz. I hope you won't commit the same mistake.
At the end of the day though, I passed the subject with a good grade. :)

She is not a sure pass anymore. However, I did not pass any quiz or exam but I passed in the final grade. I got a 1.0. I think it's because she knows me because I talked to her every meeting after the class. You could try that if you want. I can apply what I have learned from her. She's a good prof. Nananakot lang.

Heartless bitch. No one passes her quizzes then for some bitchy reason, those who got lower than you PASSED while you failed. She really knows how to ruin the holiday spirit. Idk what the hell is wrong with her. She doesn't even notice the effort people put into her class. All she could blab about is how lasallians waste their money by neglecting their education. She doesn't even teach well. She's kind but not considerate to those who need consideration. And when you consult about your grades, she has the audacity to get mad when in fact, she just couldn't explain why a person with a midterm grade of 45 passed. I just can't. This is the absolute nightmare before christmas. I just hope i never have to see her again.
