Mabait, laging nagbibigay ng plus. Sometimes moody, huwag mo lalabas cell phone mo sa class kundi magagalit siya. ;)
Although moody at times, super mabaet naman. May favoritism din siya sometimes. Magaling magturo and very motherly. :-bd

basta kay Manalo, Panalo! :) super mabait siya and gives non-bsa students one or two guardian angels (bsa students) to help them lalo pag nakikita niyang nahihirapan :)

Mabait siya, maraming incentives, kaya lang di siya magaling.
di ko siya naging prof, pero meron akong friend na under kay dr. manalo. according to my friend, mabaet cya but she's moody, out of nowhere kung magalit. she also plays favorites daw at minsan kinukumpara ang sarili sa ibang acctg prof. mataas cya magbigay ng grade pero risky kung BSA major ka, di niya tinutudo ang pagturo minsan kc may humahalong non-BSA.
mayabang and may favoritism. once u make her mad buong term na siya galit sayo eventhough you arent doing anything and despite being diligent in her subject. worst is, yung mga favorite nya kahit ano gawing mali ok lang sa kanya. very unjust and her being motherly annoys me.
She's a fine prof. She teaches well. She provides lecture notes. Dapat nag-aaral ka before pumasok kasi nagtatanong siya minsan. Her quizzes are fine. Pero nambabagsak din siya kaya dapat talaga mag-aral. IVLE lang tapos makinig maigi, kaya yan. Nakakainspire siya magturo. :)

anong mayabang? who cares? i swore nung frosh ako that i would never ever love accounting. pero nung naging prof ko siya, i learned to appreciate it. she's the best prof for accounting! she is!
oh! and to those who are going to take her, always remember...

Prof ko siya ng ACTBAS2. Super moody!!! As in!! Tama yung sabi ng isa, once na nagalit siya sayo, galit na siya sayo the whole term kahit wala ka na ginagawa!! Nakakawalang gana makinig sknya kasi ang sama ng tingin niya sayo tapos kahit nagrraise ka ng hand, di ka tatawagin. Grabe talaga -____- don't get her especially kung non-BSA ka!
The best prof for accounting subjects. Gives plus grades and adjusts grades. Hindi mo man mameet yung score na needed mo sa finals to get a 1.0 papass ka pa rin. Sobrang bait, wag ka lang maglalabas ng phone sa class and always bring your stuff. Very fruitful experience with Dr. M.
She's a great prof, you will really learn in her class, and yes she adjust and gives incentives but i find her motherly approach somewhat annoying but it works. She kinda nags a lot and likes to tell irrelevant life stories then rushes the lesson and blames the class for the slow progress.

I love Dr. M! I'd love to pick her again for my next accounting classes. She's so motherly and her only concern is for everyone to pass. She maybe moody at times pero overall, she's really good. :-bd

GET HER ON ACTBAS1
why? You will be able to catch up with her than the other profs who teach the same. accounting is that hard and I promise you, she makes it that easy. easy to adjust also and get incentives :D
GETTING HER ON ACTBAS2 depends on you
why? The case is if there will be non-bsa and bsa in your class, you will suffer if you are the second. She frequently adjusts her lessons for non-bsa but that also depends if the majority is non-bsa. but even if there are few non-bsa, she might adjusts the lessons.
I dont think she teaches ACTPACO.
For the above negative comments... Some are true but seriously, SHE IS NOT THE WORST PROF TO PICK. might not be the best but close to it depending on your attitude haha
The only reason that she will be moody is when you did something wrong so better follow her rules and Behave. I WARN YOU, SHE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE KIDS AND IT DEPENDS ON YOUR BEHAVIOR ON HOW SHE WILL TEACH THE CLASS.
Dr Manalo? Sobrang bait niyan! Lahat gagawin niyan para maipasa kayo. Palaging nagbibigay ng plus points at nagmamagic ng grade yan. Sa block ko mga 10 dapat ang babagsak sa accounting pero nag add siya ng maraming plus points tapos 8/10 sa mga talagang babagsak ay pumasa na.
Lagi ring nagbibigay ng mallows hahahahaha.
Well, it's true nga na medyo moody siya pero intindihin niyo nalang, mejo matanda na and mataas yung degree na naabot niya. Basta respetuhin niyo lang siya at magiging okay ang lahat
Swear mabait si Dr Manalo basta wag ka lang dumaldal sa class niya, wag magcellphone, magpaalam pag magcCR at basta sundin lang yung rules niya. Gusto lang niya "respect". Pag mabait ka at nakita niyang nagsisipag ka talaga, malaki ang chance mo makapasa. ;)
Only downside is she gave me only a 1.0, considering I passed a lot of her quizzes.
Kung pasaway ka, I think there are other better options.

She was a sub once in my class. I learned a lot from her in 30 mins than from my actual prof =)) She even sang that day!
BEST PROF IN DLSU
Dr. Manalo is a really good prof. She teaches well, gives A LOT of plus points, and does magic to your grade. Her quizzes are mix, some are easy, some are hard. But in the end, you will be surprised when you see your grade because it would be higher than what you were expecting. I was expecting a 2.0 or a 2.5 then I got a 3.0. She really wants all of her students to pass so she adjusts BIGTIME.
Just don't bring out your phone and stay quiet in her class. Listen very well and you're good. :)
Don't really pay attention to her class as I found ACTBAS very easy. Halatang inis siya sa akin, only got a 3. -.-
Moody kung pasaway ka, I'm learning a lot from her. Swear no regrets of getting her for my actbas1 and I'm a BSA Major. As in framework! :D Get her!
for those who's saying na moody sia, prolly they are the ones who are pasaway, ask the ones who really participate, she's the best!! Simple lang naman para di sia maasar eh, do you thing, RESPECT and OBEY
