how is he?
how does he teach??
His lectures consist of 60% stories 30 lecture ( rough estimate). However he says that he teaches in a story-telling manner to make the boring subject of tax become somewhat lively.
Method of studying: Read up Valencia's tax books , Sir Ligon only teaches the basic the rest is up to you.

Majority of the students either get a grade of 2 or lower , Sir Ligon seldomly gives grades higher than 2, if you are an average student
Grade of 2 for MBA-JD students or for MBA students?
baliw. no matter how hard you work mababa padin. same lang kayo lahat ng grades kahit pasado ka at bagsak yung iba. it seems din na hindi sya ang gumagawa ng tests.

natawa ako sa "baliw". hahahahaha
Atty. Ligon was my professor in Business Law, he gave me a grade of 3.0 and most of my classmates got the same grade as well. :-)
