Ms. Eleazar is really nice. She gives incentives and her exam really comes from the lecture notes and exercises. Her homeworks are long and heavy, but once you get the hang of it, you'll pretty much get a good score on the exam.
Recite more though, especially for the first half. During our term, I only recited once and my CP pulled my grade down.
Do all the requirements and you're likely to get 2.5-3.5 from her :D
Awesome prof in LBYBUS. Just do everything she does which is petiks lang and you'll pass with a high grade. Don't slack coz i know people she failed for being absent, lazy and not doing all the requirements.
My prof in FINMAN2. What can I say? Uhm, di siya magaling magturo kaya more on self study ka talaga. (Yung totally di mo naiintindihan sa sinasabi niya kasi magulo siya magturo) But she is nice, mabait, and approachable. She also checks attendance. So wag ka magpa-FDA sa kanya. She gives all the notes and formulas needed for the quiz. She also upload the answers from your assignments but di niya tinuturo yun masyado. So yun ung pangit sa kanya.
Her quizzes quite many, 8 quizzes all in all, plus Finals. But she will cancel the 2 lowest on your quizzes para mapull up ung grade mo. During the quiz, open formula naman eh(formula sheet that she give), kung alam mo paano gamitin ung formula, mostly papasa ka na sa quiz. Her quizzes always has two parts, Concepts and Problem Solving. 40 points lahat.
Eto ang gusto ko sa kanya, maraming bonus. The class participation is important during the first half of your term so always recite and do your homeworks! She also give incentives to all events that you attended. Dami nga bonus na binibigay niya eh, mga "Assist Points" if you erase the board, "Helpful Points" if you lend your correction tape to others, etc...
Pero hassle pa din siya sa akin kasi for me, 8 quizzes is too much for me in a term. Ang kailangan mo dito masipag para makakuha ng high grades. So I got a 3.0 from her. Pero sure pass naman siya sa class namin. (More on 1.0 to 2.5)
