Need help kasi nag-aaral ako ng ACTMANA under kay Ms. Cudia this term.
Bagsak ako sa first quiz (22/60) and I feel na baka bagsak din ako sa second quiz (i.e. ok first two parts pero yari ako sa problem solving part nun).
Eh ayun, medyo kinakabahan na ako kasi three quizzes nalang ang natitira. :(
Any tips/help/advice would be most appreciated

Grabe, di na siya nag-aadjust......and who the hell said na sure pass si Cudia. They must be out of their minds and I know kasi bagsak ako sa kanya.

-Bawal mag banyo during her class
-super strict sa attendance
-Homework everyday
I swear kunin niyo nalang si Sir Nino Gonzales or Sir Erickson Quijano instead. Sure pass ang mga yun..........unlike Cuida

She gives homework every meeting na pagkahaba-haba (sometimes I only get three hours of sleep........or NONE at all para lang matapos ang insane homework nya). Tapos quizzes, pinapahirap pa nya.
Seriously, I hope this motherfucking bitch prof gets fired.
Nag-aaral pa kayo kung nagrereklamo din kayo sa requirements. =))))
She's a nice prof naman basta gawin nyo lang yung requirements tulad ng ledger notebook. Ano ba, may kumakalat na nga na answer key ng book eh. Haha! And hey, pwede na magbanyo sa class niya no! And you can even answer your phone calls outside kapag emergency. Sobrang mother material niya. Basta study lang kasi magegets nyo naman yung lessons niya if totoong ginagawa nyo yung homework. Sa case study lang medyo mahirap pero it's just 5% of the total grade, not a big deal at all. Assignments lang tsaka quizzes ang i-focus nyo! And always recite para makilala nya kayo talaga. 'Di yan nambabagsak ng mababait and responsible na students. =)))) 'Wag lang kayo umasa sa incentives except if from JPIA ang events.

Only take Cynthia Cudia if you have AT LEAST one of the following qualities:
1) Extremely intelligent/knowledgeable (especially in mathematics, numbers, analysis, logic, etc.)
2) Extremely hardworking/super-masipag (especially with the uber long homework requirements per meeting)
3) Extremely wealthy or maraming pera (because if you don't have the two, then you need money to pay for tutoring na usually at 500-1000 per hour or more para lang you can keep up sa mga tinuturo nya)
If you don't have either one of these (at least), then don't get her.
Grabe, I can't believe Cynthia Cudia is still around. I tell you na that fucking bitch is ruthless. With that said, ito lang ang mga masasabi ko:
-if you want homework every single meeting
-if you want a teacher who prevents students from going to the bathroom during class
-if you want unreasonably hard tests
-if you want your accounting subject to be made even harder
-if you want to lower your term GPA and CGPA
-if you hate your life
Then get Cynthia Cudia (for your accounting subjects)

She's currently my prof in ACTBAS2 and she is very nice naman. Pag nagturo siya, super ma-gegets mo. And mafe-feel mo na mom mo talaga siya. Yes, she gives homework every meeting, but she only do this for us to learn in advance, and para mas maexplain niya ng maayos yung lesson, kasi examples niya yung mga hws sa lesson niya, and she doesn't mind if your homeworks are wrong at least you did it. Yung quizzes niya basta nag-aral ka, you'd be able to answer all the questions. :)
Walang mahirap sa nag-aaral. I got 2.5 from her. Extra push nga lang kasi may homework every period. Binibigay niya naman yung list of homework kasama ng syllabus so nasa inyo nalang yun kung magaaral kayo in advance tapos gawin na agad hw para madali buhay niyo.
You just need to listen and be really attentive in her classes. Passable naman siya eh. She adjusted the denominators of our quizzes the last three exams. She also adjusted our passing grades

She's my ACTBAS2 prof. Mabait naman siya. Mahilig nga makipagkwetuhan at mag-crack ng jokes. You just have to do you responsibilities: assignments and listening during lectures. Avoid going to the cr na lang. True yung sinabi kanina na she adjusts the denominators of the quizzes. Actually medjo fail lahat ng quizzes ko after midterms, pero pasado pa rin ako. :) I got 2.0 from her. Yaaay!

She's good. You just need to do everything you can to pass her subject. Madali ung quizzes niya kung you have devoted much time para sa topic na iyon. She was my ACTBAS2 prof and I was not expecting a high grade sa kanya, but nagadjust siya ng grade and I got a pretty high grade. And hindi ito madamot sa incentives. Super Dami niyan binibigay
I got her sa ACTBAS2... Magaling siya magturo. Lagi ka lang dapat handa every meeting sa HW :D

"Well, you get plus .5 in your final grade if you have perfect attendance. She gives mini quizzes to act as plus points for your quizzes. Usually a mini quiz is around 5-7 items to that's a plus 5-7. She has loads of hw though, but that's her way of making sure you understand it. Practice makes perfect daw. She teaches really well too. Her powerpoints are complementary to the weygandt book so what I do is not copy anymore. I just highlight whatever comes out of the powerpoint.
She has a sense of humor as well and she'll really answer you if you have questions and clarifications."
Listen most of the time in her lectures. Some of the trickiest questions in her quizzes comes from her lectures, and usually what she writes down on the board are also included and very important information.
Her Assignments are hassle, but to tell the truth you'll learn a lot from the assignments.
Advisable also to read ahead, cos sometimes she gives bonus questions that will be added to your quiz.
As much as possible, refrain from giving her a lot of stress. She has a medical condition.
She is nice naman eh. As long as you participate, and be active in class.
Do u know where to get the answer key?
She's really nice and and she teaches very well such that you'll understand the lessons right away. If ever you don't, she's willing to repeat the lesson. I had her for my ACTMANA before. You just have to read/study in advance and do the hw so that during class/discussion it would be easier and faster for you to understand. Her HWs are really helpful, its what pushed me to read and study in advance, hence coming to class prepared and getting the lessons right away.
She's really good at teaching the subject. Kaso may hw all the time. May answer key sa web. Hanapin nyo na lang if tinatamad kayo gumawa. Her quizzes are okay naman but you need to study well. I got a 2.0 from her even though na I got lower grades on some of her exams. She's also very motherly and considerate.
She's currently my STATACC professor and it's very hard because she's expecting us to have homework EVERYTIME. I know that it should already be innate for a student to diligently do his/her hw but the amount is a lot, it's just too much. Yes, she's nice and not really scary. As a matter of fact, we are allowed to go out naman and she has her own sense of humor. My only complaint is the duration of the quiz wherein she only allots 50 MINUTES for a quiz whereas there is actually 1 hour and 30 minutes for the whole period. Really hoping to pass under her.
