Do you want to learn LAW subjects the coolest way and practical way? Take him. He will make the subject very understandable and applicable in life. The best class for me and kung pwede lang siya prof ko lagi, GAME na! haha! You'll have a great time with Sir. Mahilig makipag biro pero and sa class na eto, marerelax ka sa mga jokes nya! TAKE HIM! The best!

mahirap sha magpa-exam. complicated and sanga-sanga ang facts. issue-spotting is a skill you should master when taking his classes. and yes, nagrerecite sa class nya. :)

ONE OF THE MOST USELESS PROFESSORS IN DLSU EVER :|.. He comes to class 25-28 minutes late, just enough na di freecut.. Yup, he's sure pass, effortless, makes a lot of jokes (his class is basically a joke), but really I didn't learn anything from him.. Self-study lang.. Honestly a waste of tuition.. If other professors would follow suit, DLSU's quality of education will surely decline :|

i would consider atty chico one of the best professors in la salle...in fact, lahat ng klase nya palaging mabilis mapuno...minuto pa lang maximum number of students agad...kaya nga i had difficulty enrolling in his class...but when i did, boy you'd be in for a big surprise...sobrang approachable at marami kayong matutunan....
hmn...i think i know who that ungrateful bitch is! she's my classmate in crim law2 in la salle. Everyone hates her for what she does. she teaches english in lasalle and is too proud....she studies law but is jealous of a lot of things. she hates atty. chico because she just couldn't recite well during her recitations and our professor called her attention about it.
I took up taxation last term under Atty. Chico. I learned a lot of things from him. He knows the subject well and could lecture on it even without glancing on the book. I guess that's because he is a lawyer. He knows how to handle the class well. He is so funny but at the same time very approachable. Actually, he was also my professor in Oblicon. He is great. Crush ng bayan!
Simple. If you're a lazy student, take him. If you want to learn a lot, don't take him.
He's actually a good professor if you want to take up law. He doesn't mess with the useless things and keeps things straight to the point. A good professor isn't measured on how deep his words are or how long he can conduct class. I'm a law student at DLSU law now and he's really good at what he does. Issues on time management, yes, but he's a good teacher. He makes you think.
And I'm with the person who said she's from Crim Law2. I was in that class too and he's a good prof. She just can't handle criticism.

i couldn't understand the basis of that statement. I took Oblicon under Atty. Chico. closed book and recitation, the quizzes and exams are hard. but it's all worth it because he is very competent and credible. The best!!!!

Atty. chico is so damn smart, witty and funny. Sobrang buhay na buhay lagi ang klase Nya. Mabait pa. I always had difficulty enrolling in his subject. Laging puno na agad. But it's all worth it. One thing good about him he tells it like it is. He doesn't sugar coat things. The best professor ever. Had a cousin who studies law in another school. He said he was his teacher before. He basically said the same thing

Dati yang nagtitinda ng Banana-Q bago pumasok sa Ateneo Law. Maiinspire ka sa kanya dahil despite that, natapos nya ang law sa Ateneo.
Sabi ni atty heffron nagtrabaho sya sa senado tapos working student sa law school. Bread winner sya pero natapos nya law school ng hindi nag aaral. Sa bus lang pag papasok.
Sabi ni atty hefron nagtrabaho siya sa senate kay senator miriam. Breadwinner sya kaya working student sa ateneo pero pumasa ng hindi nag aaral. Sa bus lang sabi ni sir pero magaling pa rin sa recitation
